It takes incredibly too long to link another account to pay off a loan on this bank. I'm still unable to and the bank charged me interest.

"We're sorry, there is a problem with your connection, please try again." -- This error message keeps repeating here on my samsung S8 Active. Pretty sure this must be a bug... --Mac

I haven't been able to use the bill pay in months. What happened? I used to be able to use it but now the transaction date is a past date; it tells you to update the date but you can't. Very disappointing!
