The Parking Spot app makes it easier than ever for anyone parking and flying out of an airport near any of The Parking Spot’s 38 locations to make reservations, join The Spot Club frequent parker program, redeem points for free parking, and to spot our signature shuttles to make the trip home even better.

Ratings and reviews

This is a good concept but their app is inaccurate & undescriptive as to exactly where they pick up at the airport. For the occasional traveler that does not use them regularly this does not work. We hauled luggage all over the pickup area for 30 minutes seeing their buses pass us by before the 5th atrendant outside the airport finally sent us in the correct direction. If the app had said go to Zone 1 vs Hertz Rental car this would not have been an issue.

Easy app. Easy checking and checkout. Shuttles pick up quickly as they let you know at the gate where to park. Notifying The Parking Spot, you're ready to return to your parking stall, bringing a shuttle quickly without much wait. The rewards program is decent for free days of parking. Also, having a choice of covered or not, prepayment or not let save even more. Will keep using them for the time being.

It's an awesome app and service on site. The app works as suppose to work, making easy the spot booking. I also love the feature of the shuttle location on the app, it shows the position of the shuttle when you are at the airport terminal. The service on site is awsome, the shuttle picks up you on the parking spot so you barely have to walk looking for this service, the dropping out is the same, they leave you right in the parking spot (My experience at Newark, NJ). Downside, it's costly.
