Ratings and reviews

Nice-looking app and easy to navigate, but I ran into an issue. I wanted to leave a review for a perfume I purchased, and there was no option to do so in the app. It makes me wonder where the perfume ratings are coming from if customers can’t submit their own reviews. Overall, good design, but this feature is definitely missing.

This app is straightforward to use, if it actually works! I cannot log in using my correct log in details, even to click on forgot password to try reset it then click on the reset password link that's emailed to me, It takes me to the log in page. Not working. How am I supposed to keep track of my order status. This seems to be a common problem going by other reviews. Please could this be sorted.

Nightmare to Create account. Took several attempts to set up. Would not except password even though it met criteria, would not show house number when entering postcode...which was entered correct, entered manually in the end. Clearly a very primitive app, let's hope it doesn't put too many people off.
