The most unreliable app, your task might be completed, hate the customer service!!!! its been 5 days!! that i have raised the complaint and still not resolved, won't recommend anyone to use this app. All I hear from the support team is that the concern team will get back to you in within 48 hrs and your issues will be solved, well they never reached out, hence my issues haven't solved at all!!!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the service. My pickup was cancelled at the last minute, and rather than resolving the issue, I was told to reschedule at a significantly higher price. I reached out to support multiple times and was repeatedly promised a callback from the concerned team, but no one ever contacted me or rescheduled. Very unreliable and unprofessional.

Very bad Exp. Some bike delivery people are not honest. The bike didn't arrive at the time stated in the app. A10-15 minute delay is understandable. But the parcel arrived a full 1 hour late than the stated time. There was not much traffic on the way. He didn't follow the route stated in the app. And before the delivery, the parcel was declared delivered.The person was only2km from the order booking location. my del.14km This meant the person was at the same location for 1hr. I Follow up for 1hr
