Ratings and reviews

Very bad experience, driver cancelled after 20mins of wait time. It was something to be delivered on time and i booked accordingly. No contact info. Porter support said cancel order. No action against driver partner. I would rather book Uber than this. Now money also stuck in porter credit. No other payment option directly given. I would give 0 stars if there was such option.

The Packers and Movers service on this app is extremely disappointing. It is unprofessional, and the staff clearly lack the skills and knowledge needed to handle basic tasks. Even something as simple as TV uninstallation and reinstallation is beyond their capability. Not only do they lack the necessary tools, but they also provide this option on the app and charge you for it, only for the team to arrive and have no idea how to do it. Overall, the service is highly frustrating and untrustworthy.

I used this app to move my belongings, expecting a smooth experience. While the booking process was easy, and the service seemed promising, I was extremely disappointed with the end result. After the move, I found several of my items damaged—some were scratched, and other completely broken. The handling was clearly careless, and when I reached out for support, I either got slow responses or no real solution. If you're moving fragile or valuable items, I’d advise being extra cautious.
