The most unreliable app, your task might be completed, hate the customer service!!!! its been 5 days!! that i have raised the complaint and still not resolved, won't recommend anyone to use this app. All I hear from the support team is that the concern team will get back to you in within 48 hrs and your issues will be solved, well they never reached out, hence my issues haven't solved at all!!!!!!

Be careful before placing an order with them. Payment is deducted instantly, even if the order is not completed or gets cancelled. Getting a refund is nearly impossible. Customer support keeps saying the issue is “escalated,” but there is usually no proper solution. I have personally faced this multiple times and can provide screenshots as proof if required. they have replied to send e-mail, but no use, just waste of time only.

Very bad experience with Porter. The parcel was supposed to be delivered in 30–40 minutes, but the rider kept going to other places for multiple deliveries and did not answer calls properly. Delivery took almost 1 hour 40 minutes, yet the full amount was charged. There was no proper emergency support option in the app, and customer support later refused any refund. Very disappointing service and poor customer handling.
