The most unreliable app, your task might be completed, hate the customer service!!!! its been 5 days!! that i have raised the complaint and still not resolved, won't recommend anyone to use this app. All I hear from the support team is that the concern team will get back to you in within 48 hrs and your issues will be solved, well they never reached out, hence my issues haven't solved at all!!!!!!

I booked a Mini 3W to pickup some food items for an NGO for kids. Due to some urgent work, I could not follow up. After some time I saw the msg that it was delivered and after about 1 hr, I got a call from the sender that no one had picked the items. when contacting support, they were least bothered about the issue. The support said the driver started and ended the drop without actually picking up the order. So she just cancelled with refund and asked me to place it again! what bout lost time??

⭐ 1 Star "Very bad experience with Porter. I had added three delivery locations, but the rider picked up the items from the first location and never visited the second location. Despite incomplete service, I was asked to pay the full amount. I contacted customer support multiple times, but no proper help was provided. On top of that, my account was put into negative balance. Extremely disappointing service and poor customer support. Not recommended."
