The worst app ever!!!! I have been trying to book since the past 5 days. Every time my order would get cancelled because there was no delivery partner available. When I tried to change the address, that order too got cancelled! Then finally when I told them I was going to book with them for house shifting next month , but won't now because of this awful experience,suddenly the delivery partner became available and my order was completed! LOL! VERY VERY GREEDY PEOPLE!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!

Porter has to be one of the most disappointing apps I’ve ever used. While their service is just about average, my recent experience was truly terrible. I booked a service with Porter today. Initially, I selected 15 items, but later I edited the list to include fewer items. However, during checkout, the updated total wasn’t reflected. Despite moving fewer items, I was charged the full amount for all 15 — It’s shocking that a company like Porter could be so money-driven & insensitive to customer

The worst parcel delivery app, their drivers are even worse, they don't accept the order at first and after 10 minutes they say cancel it and take some other order. If we do not cancel then he does not come, if he comes then he comes very late, if we have to send the parcel urgently then we have to cancel, there is no other option. They take advantage of our helplessness, we know where we will go and where we will come from. To send the parcel, one order has to be cancelled 3 to 4 times.
