Very bad experience! I had an order given for some stationary handwritten items. Porter said they will deliver it in 4 to 5 days. They didn't do that. The receiver wasn't available after 5 days at the destination. Then I asked for the parcel to return. I received a return after a month. That was some different parcel at all. My handwritten item (which was very important for me) has lost. I raised almost 5 tickets, every ticket got closed saying I have received the parcel.

Very poor service. they do not use good quality taped for packing. the tape glue will stick to your stuff. it's very difficult to clean them. very un professional labours. one of them was drunk also. labour damaged my bunk bend. there is no option to add images else I would have added. and other stuffs also. you can go ahead with them if you have no other choice. I raised case for this but no one is responding. my case no . 65737540

I booked a trip for ₹675 on the Porter app without changing the location or route. Still, the driver demanded ₹1043 without any valid reason. When I called customer care, they failed to explain the extra charges and only mentioned "fare charges." The driver even refused to unload my material until I paid the inflated amount. I was forced to pay ₹1043. This felt like a scam. Very unprofessional—I do not recommend using this app.
