The most unreliable app, your task might be completed, hate the customer service!!!! its been 5 days!! that i have raised the complaint and still not resolved, won't recommend anyone to use this app. All I hear from the support team is that the concern team will get back to you in within 48 hrs and your issues will be solved, well they never reached out, hence my issues haven't solved at all!!!!!!

Rude delivery partners. they do not care about customers they keep asking for food and extra tips. and charged extra for a small bag. then later when it comes to returning the carton boxes they tell us only to send it via rapido pay for transit to their location. They say they will call back while on the con call with customer support. But never calls back to resolve the issue. Not satisfied with their service. After all this they ask for ratings without any hesitation.

The worst parcel delivery app, their drivers are even worse, they don't accept the order at first and after 10 minutes they say cancel it and take some other order. If we do not cancel then he does not come, if he comes then he comes very late, if we have to send the parcel urgently then we have to cancel, there is no other option. They take advantage of our helplessness, we know where we will go and where we will come from. To send the parcel, one order has to be cancelled 3 to 4 times.
