No support number. If you book a support call, the call gets disconnected as soon as we pick up the call. I tried doing this 19 times & failed. The option to add loading unloading service is useless and only gives the TataAce mini truck option. Only spending on AI and Automation with zero thoughts on improving services. My response. Is the review not specific enough for you to act and fix the issue, and ask and expect me to write a separate email? That's exactly where you are failing.

Not rating the app, but the whole platform. I had booked packers and movers service from them 2 weeks prior to my shifting date. I got a packing partner assigned on the night prior to the shifting. But on the day of shifting, there was no partner visible on the portal. After calling them multiple times, one partner got assigned and he refused to take up the task. After several more back and forth, I decided to cancel the order and found a different service provider. Absolutely horrible.

while service is good, I am not happy that every trip charges are getting changed. The agents end up going to wrong places for both pick up and drop even when the address is perfect. They blame it on the map. Every time I have a problem to accept this. if I put that same address and drive in my vehicle, it does take me correctly to the address. I can understand if a location map terminates 100 meters from the actual location but a difference 1 to 2 kms? Porter needs to investigate this.
