Porter is honestly a pretty good service. The variety of options that cater to all your shipping needs are nice. However, the UI is absolutely insufferable. Not only is it not very user friendly, it is plagued with notorious bugs and glitches, the worst offender being one which literally removes the house number column from your address when you use it for a shipping consignment. tl;dr Porter does what it offers quite well but the UI team seriously needs to step up their game.

Very bad experience, driver cancelled after 20mins of wait time. It was something to be delivered on time and i booked accordingly. No contact info. Porter support said cancel order. No action against driver partner. I would rather book Uber than this. Now money also stuck in porter credit. No other payment option directly given. I would give 0 stars if there was such option.

If you ask me why two stars, it's because I've used Porter for two years without issues, but today (25/03/25) was frustrating. I booked a receiving delivery, and after confirmation, the app stopped working. I tried everything, even reinstalling, but it wouldn’t open for 30 minutes. The service is good, but an unreliable app causes major inconvenience. Please fix these technical glitches so users don’t face such issues again. I hope the next update improves stability.
