The most unreliable app, your task might be completed, hate the customer service!!!! its been 5 days!! that i have raised the complaint and still not resolved, won't recommend anyone to use this app. All I hear from the support team is that the concern team will get back to you in within 48 hrs and your issues will be solved, well they never reached out, hence my issues haven't solved at all!!!!!!

I have requested the customer care 100 times but all they say is that We cant help it. I have requested for a feature.I have more than 100 location marked as saved .However there is no search/find option to select among those 100 locations.You have to manually find out your desired location by scrolling from top to bottom. Its very hectic and practically impossible to search by scrolling up and down.

Zero Star.. My parcel delivery through Porter was significantly delayed. The route normally takes a maximum of 30 minutes, but it has already been more than two hours. The delivery partner is not responding to my calls, and customer support has also failed to provide any proper assistance or resolution. You charge a premium amount for your service, but the quality of service provided is extremely disappointing. This has been a very frustrating experience.
