The most unreliable app, your task might be completed, hate the customer service!!!! its been 5 days!! that i have raised the complaint and still not resolved, won't recommend anyone to use this app. All I hear from the support team is that the concern team will get back to you in within 48 hrs and your issues will be solved, well they never reached out, hence my issues haven't solved at all!!!!!!

I have requested the customer care 100 times but all they say is that We cant help it. I have requested for a feature.I have more than 100 location marked as saved .However there is no search/find option to select among those 100 locations.You have to manually find out your desired location by scrolling from top to bottom. Its very hectic and practically impossible to search by scrolling up and down.

At the time of booking, a different delivery partner was assigned to me, but when the order was received, another person came. Even long after the order was delivered, the status was still showing “delayed.” Also, the online payment option did not appear in the app because the delivery partner had not updated the status.Even now it is showing that my shifting is completed, but the amount to be paid is still appearing, even though I have already paid the delivery guy.
