I successfully placed an order in the Courier app. However, no one came to pick up the package, nor does customer care have any solution except 'please wait'. This is a stupid and frustrating situation, since I was counting on this service to work at least in the basic minimum way. Now I got a message: 'rescheduled... since you could not keep it ready'. And a mail saying 'your ticket has been resolved!', when it is STILL PENDING. Horrible gaslighting. I would give negative points if I could.

Worst experience with porter app. Never using again, I booked a packers and movers service and they never showed up, furthermore I tried contacting their customer service but it was useless. The audacity of the assigned supervisor, they promised that they'd help with the shifting the next day and didn't show up yet again. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Please do not use this app if you are looking for worthy service because they don't serve at all.

Very bad experience not once but thrice. After getting a message of out for pick-up no once comes for taking the parcel even after a week & what customer care says they will check & get back to you but they never check & never get any call again. Very bad service 👎 I cancelled it because no one comes for pickup after 8 days of out for pick-up.
