Ratings and reviews

Positive is highly proportionate than negative, but still there are few issues I would like to highlight. 1. Allow us the freedom to deny and make the process ease. 2. Sometimes Location won't be accurate. 3. Even if we click on offline, it won't consider. Back to back orders keeps coming. 4. Create view image of product/package of receiving order. 5. Commission percentage is high 6. Activate towards home option as sometimes we return home from a very long distance

It's a very bad experience, the further we go, the lower the rate per km.And if there is a ride, you have to click continuously, sometimes even in just one click, the ride is accepted. App not working properly. Every day 4-5 order miss due to network error issue. If possible rating in minus. I give minus rating. Me also mail on site but they also give negative reply
