This App has been created to provide convenience to citizens by allowing them to lodge a grievance through their mobile phones or computers from anywhere and anytime. Now filing of grievances as well as tracking the status of the same is possible online through this App from wherever they are located. This App would help in enhancing the public service delivery and also in increasing transparency of the governance mechanism.
The general public can use this application to raise the Complaints in their area with relevant details and attachments.
The Complaint registration number will be generated once the complaint is registered and will also be sent by SMS.
Complaints will be assigned to the relevant agents for the verification process and it will be sent to the respective department for further process
User can track the status of the registered complaint through the application or web portal
As soon as the complaint is resolved, it will also be announced via SMS.
