Ratings and reviews

Not a user-friendly interface. Also, every other restaurant app gives you something free on your birthday. From what I read in the app about the reward levels, when you spend $88, you get "exclusive offers and a free treat on your birthday." Not sure if I misunderstood the wording, but you guys aren't making yourself competitive with that type of reward system lol.

Recently, the app crashes when I try to open it. I've tried reinstalling it multiple times. I was forced to place my order through my phone's browser instead of the app... Which was very frustrating 😡 I hope they fix it. Until they do, I will leave it off my phone.

It won't let order. I've Uninstalled and installed twice and every time I press the Order Ahead button it just stays in loading. I also tried to order by going to locate, clicking on the location, then hitting order, and the same thing happens it never loads to let me order.
