About this app

Respirelax+: 5 minutes of practice for 5 hours of well-being.

Breathe better, manage your stress more effectively, and improve your heart coherence with Respirelax+. The updated version we're offering today is incredibly user-friendly, regardless of your experience level, and allows you to go even further with an enhanced, customizable program. It's free, effective, and easy to use, even in airplane mode or offline, thanks to its highly intuitive interface. The app, exercises, content, and sound environment were developed in collaboration with Yves-Vincent Davroux, a Respirelax therapist and breathing expert at the Allevard Thermal Baths.

With this new version, you can now:
- Easily manage session duration to adapt your practice to your daily routine
- Enjoy a new, calming, and energy-efficient visual and audio environment
- Adjust settings to best suit your practice and expectations by selecting visual and/or audio mode
- Practice exercises offline, anywhere, and preferably outdoors
- Practice with headphones or earphones in audio mode to focus on your practice without being disturbed by your surroundings
- Pair the app with a portable speaker for group sessions in "airplane" or "offline" mode, without being interrupted by calls
Additional usage information:
- Beginners should always start in STARTER mode
- Encourage regular practice, at least once a day, to monitor its effects
- Choose a sustainable session frequency
- Integrate the exercises as a philosophy of life, a way to reconcile with yourself and with nature
- Never force it
- If you feel dizzy or experience difficulty breathing, stop the session and return to natural breathing.
- Focus on deep, gentle, and calm breathing using your diaphragm.
- Proceed step by step and take the time to gradually integrate the programs.
