Respirelax+ is 5 min of practice for 5 hours of well-being.

Breathe better, manage stress better and work on cardiac coherence with Respirelax+. The evolution that we offer you today integrates ease of use whatever your level of practice and allows you to go even further thanks to an enriched CUSTOMIZE program. Free, efficient and easy to use, even in “airplane” or “offline” mode thanks to very intuitive ergonomics. Application, exercises, content and sound environment developed in collaboration with Yves-Vincent DAVROUX, Respiratory therapist, and breathing referent at the Thermes d'Allevard.
With this new version, you can now:
- Easily manage the duration of sessions to adapt your practice to your daily sessions
- To benefit from a new visual and sound environment, soothing and low in energy
- To make the most appropriate settings according to your practice and your expectations by selecting the visual and/or sound mode
- To practice the exercises offline, anywhere and preferably in the middle of nature
- To practice with headphones or headphones in sound mode, to refocus on your practice without being disturbed by external environments
- To couple the application to a mobile speaker for group sessions, in "airplane" or "offline" mode, without being disturbed by a call
Additional usage information:
- For beginners, always start with BEGINNER mode
- Encourage regular practice, at least once a day, to check the effects
- Prefer a sustainable frequency of sessions
- Integrate the exercises as a philosophy of life, of reconciliation with oneself, with nature
- Never force
- If the head is spinning and if respiratory discomfort occurs, stop the session and resume natural breathing
- Promote ample, smooth and calm breathing with the diaphragm
- Advance step by step and take the time to integrate the programs gradually
