Terms Legacy is a horrible app. The only thing I like about it is that you can take multiple photos. However, what really makes this app horrible is that it unexpectedly closes while you are writing or taking photos for the report. It is beyond frustrating; I almost broke my phone, forgetting that it is not my phone, nor my network, but just the stupid app. Horrible, American Software Solutions, inc. do better.

THERMS Legacy has been discontinued - there is a new version of THERMS that has been out since 2023. Please talk with your organization leadership and request that your organization be moved to the new version of THERMS. Our new mobile app will provide you with a great user experience.

The update is horrible. Uninstalling & reinstalling does not fix the issue either. The app logs me out & tells me to install the new update in the Play Store. Through the Play Store, I have to log back in & give the app permissions that it already has. Once I start typing a report, the app freezes, stops responding & I have to force close it. Every time.

This app is so trash!! Takes 10 minutes to make a single scan, either it just won't scan at all and you have to keep closing the app out and reopen and pray that it works, or it scans and then doesn't "save" the scan so you have to keep re-scanning until it takes, and then the "report entry" page takes another 5-10 minutes to load up
