The way this app schedules rides is completely nonsensical. It puts two people going different directions on the same bus instead of putting the two going to the same place on one bus and the outlier on a different one. It throws extra stops on at the last minute, delaying my ride 40 min or more. There are so many wonky things this app does. It need some serious tweaking. I wouldn't use it if I didn't have to.

Booked a ride for 8am. At the pickup spot 5mins before 8am. The bus on the navigation isn't moving. I cancel the ride and order a new one. This time, the bus is rather close and is picking up someone else before me, which is fine. I wait a few minutes and suddenly the bus that was on its way to me has begun to take the freeway in the opposite direction, changing the route to a longer route three times in the process. This has happened more than once. I ask you to please fix your lack of service.

The app itself is fine, it's really the drivers. You get an estimated time of arrival once they pair you with a bus. My problem is that the estimated time of arrival would be for example 13 minutes easily turns into 40 minutes. Either because the driver doesn't move at all or they start making their way just to stop and sit at a spot for 30 minutes, like why did you not cancel if you weren't going to come??!?!?!!!!
