Doesn't always work. Forced update for a feature I don't need; boo. Didn't know the drivers could cancel until the other day and it becomes waterless when it won't get me to work before the bus does. Also has one trip where the driver thought I was somewhere else and when I told her I was at q different location she hung up on me and never showed up, nor did she cancel the trip. I realize I'm writing about the service itself more so than the app. The app is wonky MAYBE the update fixes that but.

Very convenient and easy to use to get to work and closest transit station. Highly recommended for those who have hard time walking to station and work close by. Definitely had wonderful drivers that would take the extra mile to make sure that they take you where you need to be and very informative of which bus routes to take. Definitely an A plus service.

After a good 1st try for a ride with the app, my other uses for rides has been not so great that I have to change my rating to 2 star. The app is not sending notification for my ride, the screen will turn blank , no way to see if my bus is coming or not. After resetting my phone, the app automatically erased my ride order. And, it's still not clear where the bus pick up and drop off from our address.

What's new
In this release, we are making it easier for users to book across multiple time zones with the addition of cross-time zone support. For European users, we will be removing Token Transit from deployments. We are also resolving user complaints about ticket visibility and missing trips in the upcoming trips section. In addition, we are fixing some UI bugs.
