The app itself is fine, it's really the drivers. You get an estimated time of arrival once they pair you with a bus. My problem is that the estimated time of arrival would be for example 13 minutes easily turns into 40 minutes. Either because the driver doesn't move at all or they start making their way just to stop and sit at a spot for 30 minutes, like why did you not cancel if you weren't going to come??!?!?!!!!

This app is a waste of time. I kept trying to schedule a ride, but it kept saying that it doesn't pick up in my location. I'm right here in the heart of the same city! Then I called the direct number to schedule a ride instead, but was put on hold and the phone played music in my ear for 7 minutes. I hung up. Waco needs to invest in better transportation with longer hours for bus rides. Some people work night shifts, and buses stop running before 7pm, and no service on Sundays at all. Pathetic..
