works well when the app decides to allow me rides, I usually find myself waiting for far too long because the app just randomly decides that it is too overwhelmed by other customers. I get there can only be a set number of drivers in town, but the fact still remains is when it decides to let me schedule a ride it will decide to send it to the furthest time it can reach and then proceed to tell me that there are no drivers available. This app seems to be held together with hopes and dreams.

Tried to order a ride for a dependent in another state but can't do that because there is NO obvious way for me to adjust the time zone to where they are. I can change the location but the time comes up as my time zone and says there is no transportation available when I have the schedule and there are busses scheduled for that time. Also, the "help" available through the app is an AI chat bot that was of NO help. Update: I appreciate that a real person responded to me after all the problems.

Booked a ride for 8am. At the pickup spot 5mins before 8am. The bus on the navigation isn't moving. I cancel the ride and order a new one. This time, the bus is rather close and is picking up someone else before me, which is fine. I wait a few minutes and suddenly the bus that was on its way to me has begun to take the freeway in the opposite direction, changing the route to a longer route three times in the process. This has happened more than once. I ask you to please fix your lack of service.
