not good with the app and food services 1. the app I'd slow, takes time to navigate through the screen un any network. 2. the food was great initially when they started but later it is worse. 3. no actions or acknowledgment given on the feedback provided for the food in the menu 4. weird navigations - for general feedback, they expect to give feedback regarding food of any day rather than over all which includes their app, tech system, their employees, servers, etc

Such a laggy experience that makes me spite the digital age. Especially the following things- 1. Payments in general are very slow. 2. When I minimise the app after placing my order and re open it after sometime, it takes ages to show me any screen. i literally waited for 40 seconds before closing the app- annoyed af. 3. loading the item description takes unusually long time. There can be so many improvements to the latency aspect of the app.

The payment is always failing in this app. I using latest version. earlier it is working good but now payment is failing for every order. while clicking on payment, I am choosing UPI app and then I clicked on place order button, it is not redirecting to upi app I choosed. instead it showing me error "oops something went wrong please try again". I tried 20 times but the same error is coming again and again. please fix it as early as possible.
