Just downloaded and tried to sign up. The sign-up page in the App is permanently saying that I should use a valid email address, when I enter mine. So the send button stays faded and it's not working. Edit: I found a workaround: I created an App login on the web page and used it then in the app. However, I'd appreciate a compatibility with Tuya. It's absolutely nerving to have separate apps for every piece of hardware. Trying to lock customers in, is never a nice experience imho.

Really bad I used the App together with my hub and two switchbots. The App is unreliable and most of the times logout resulting in not showing any of your devices and not working with Alexa or similar systems. Today it happened again and although I didn't login in the past 7 days I get a message for to many login attempts. But hey I can always see their shop in which I can buy even more of their products that's the only thing reliable in the App.

Absolute rubbish! I have two of the Switchbot devices. Both worked well for a year, then suddenly stopped working. The app won't load any information and keeps telling me to switch on my Bluetooth, when it's already on. I have tried all the usual things to get it to load - deleted app and reinstalled, reset it, etc, etc...Complete waste of money.
