To be frank the concept is unique but if the item you are trying to track is on the move then it is gone and untrackable. The alarm is somewhat quite especially if it is placed in a wallet or purse. However being able to locate such given item by using Bluetooth and wifi is helpful none the least. I value my tiles and use them quite often regardless of there minor flaws. 1 year lifespan batteries also are a neat attribute as well.

First app works great with my BlackBerry Priv, Second why wouldn't you want this. I have a tile on my auto keys and it is a life saver. My niece always plays with my keys and just leave them everywhere. Now she can and I do not have to worry because the tiles Chime is loud enough to find them. Also I love that you can locate your cellphone with the tile as well. My Fianace always hid my phone from me on silence not anymore.

This is an excellent product! Especially if you lose things often. It's very easy to set up and very easy to use. Has definitely saved me from being late a few times! Even better their customer support is amazing! They're very helpful and prompt! I can not recommend this product enough. 100% satisfaction!

This is a wonderful product and kudos to the inventors and tile team. I wouldn't mind paying $100 for a stainless steel version. (It would be more rugged and durable) Also the possibilities are endless with the tiles. What would it take to make a premium tile with a standalone GPS Beacon or a rechargeable battery for use on the highly valuable items.$5,000 purses or laptops. Maybe one for your car that you can plug in and never forget where you park. Or even a tile that would be permanent and unremovable so if your item gets stolen then you will always be able to find it. (Similar to LoJack) I am grateful for the entire tile company. I use my tiles on many items and put some of them to great use! I probably lose my keys three times a week and when I'm late for work the tile keeps me on time by taking minimal time to find my car keys or wallet. I have so many ideas that I want to share that I should probably apply for a job!

In short it's just an awesome app. I have had ADHD my entire life and constantly lose stuff, Constantly. I was given the tile as a gift last Xmas. I lost it and only two months ago I found it and activated it and stuck it in my wallet and I lost my wallet several times only a short time though because with this app and the tile itself working as a team its easy to use and keep your stuff found.

This app is garbage. I will open it and it'll say that my keys or wallet are nearby and that it's connecting, but it will just stay like that indefinitely, almost never fully connecting to the point where I can press 'Find.' I end up finally finding my keys or wallet on my own, and it turns out it was literally a foot or two away from my phone, but the app still couldn't connect them together. This is a great concept but it almost never is functional for me.

I love my tile. If I had had it sooner than I did it would have saved me weeks of worry and grief. My two brothers in law gave it to me and I've never lost my keys again. It's helped me a lot. The keys I had lost were found eventually.
I read a review that said Tile did geofencing- it would notify you if it went out of range. I frequently forget my phone, and thought it would be a solution. Unfortunately, Tile doesn't have this feature, so it is useless for me. Returning.

Zero reason not to have easily replaceable batteries, only sealed to try to make more profit by forcing people to buy more who can't pry open and replace the battery themselves making it worse for the environment by not letting people remove batteries for recycling, designs with no removable batteries should be banned and eliminated from the world
Terrible device. Fools gold. Don't be mislead. It never once worked for me unless I was right on top of whatever I was looking for. Consistently had to re-open the tile app for it to work. Additionally, no device support. Just try to get any tech to help you...won't happen. If it did, perhaps this review would be a bit more encouraging.
This app is great when it works. I will lose my keys, open tile and see that it has not seen my keys in 3 days when I know I had my phone and keys in proximity of each other the day before. This is my whole frustration, especially having paid for this product, I expect a more consistant product.
Since the latest update in June, screen scrolling has been real sluggish on my Note 4. Any ideas on how to fix? Love Tile otherwise!
The app works well but it's only as good as the tiles. My 2 tiles intermittently can't be found even when I know where they are, making me question my purchase altogether.
The app functions just fine im tandem with product but i keep being alerted that its draining my battery. Make it more power efficient!
I love this tile, I have it on my keys just in case I lose them I can look it up on my phone and find them. As for my car I have it hidden so that if my car get stolen I can find my car with the push of a button.
Works very well. Nice use of other users to get around the need for a sim card. Only issue is the volume of the tile when using the audio find feature. Not quite loud enough.
The absolute worst, the app does not work to contact support nor does it work to get the tile working. And since I can't contact, I can't return it, therefore, Tile basically just stole my money.
Great idea and they work fairly well. However, after about a year, every time you open the app it tells you you need to buy entirely new tiles and replace them. First off, if they are only meant to last a year, why does each tile visit so much? Secondly, why would you design the tiles to only last a key. (My electric key for my car lasted 5 years before it needed a new battery.) Third, why haven't the tiles been designed so that we can replace the dead battery ourselves; this design clearly represents pure greed on the company's part. Finally, the app isn't actually measuring the battery strength of the actual tiles; mine have worked for a few months beyond when Tile started harassing me through the app to replace all my tiles at full cost. This is bad design, pure greed, and bait-and-switch.
Like the overall function but would like to see proximity alert like when I walk far away from the tile. Even if inaccurate, a small alert would be nice

Why is it the app telling me there are 250 tile users nearby, then moments later there are only 133. If this is the case why do i not get notification when i attach my tile to a moving object of its location.
Connectivity gets a little squirrelly if two people share the same Tile in close vicinity, but when you're just trying to find your keys or wallet, it's incredibly valuable and time saving.
Should be a little bit specific on where it is not just the general area but other than that a great way to keep track of everything
App it's great as well as the product. Easy to find my missing keys and phone when needed. Although battery is irreplaceable may be to boost sales but is a good security function as they can not turn of the tile.
A lifesaver when it works, however the tiles always struggle to connect to the app when I need them to.
I'm not sure this new tile will work because it says I need Bluetooth.
Tile is awesome! Works for a year and not a bad price. Finds your phone too. Put it in stuff thats important to you, luggage kayaks car ect...

We are using it on our cat! It's a little bigger than a normal pet tag but not too much. He doesn't seem to mind the tune that plays when you "find" it

Would be nice if the app sent notification to phone when leaving behind tiles.
Have 3 fresh tiles on kids in disneyland of all places. 38min later im still waiting to locate ANY of the tiles. Money back!!!
Use it all the time to find my wallet keys and phone. If it had built in GPS if give it 6 stars.
Awesome gadget well worth the money! Being used for over a year now and still returns the result as it should.
