The app requires you to fill out profiles so it knows who is traveling then allows you to book conflicting journeys anyway. The mistake was mine on the date, but they could and should have easily have prevented it. Customer service was no help at all as you might expect. Now I have 2 first class tickets I can't use and I will be renting a car instead of dealing with this.

Hi Drew. If you're booking UK tickets, no passenger names will be required. For some EU journeys, customers are required to enter passenger details and it's unlikely those can be changed once the booking has been confirmed. Thanks, Jamie

Customer service doest appear to exist. I don't understand why this app has high reviews. It suggested the wrong station to purchase a ticket, highlighting it as the best option. Once purchased, it kept erroring out and wouldn't let me update the ticket to a new station or time, and then refused a refund. So I had to spend 3 times more on a first class ticket on short notice. Working as designed? You have to use Google to find out the actual station you need, so what's the point of this app?

it's a good app, especially if you are going outside of your local area where the local versions have more accurate info but won't work if you are outside of the normal service. but it has a couple of kinks, e.g. I have had it crash and then charge me twice, without the ability to refund the false purchase because I still needed to get the train and the only one available in my tickets was the one I needed to use.
