使用体验极差，我从下午3点看好了车票，付款时一直出现“We are unable to take payment with the detail provided”，我用了google pay和paypal，甚至直接用卡都不行。一直到晚上都买不了，网页端也一样，眼睁睁看着看好的车票价格翻倍最后sold out，不要跟我说我输错了，我难道输了一下午还没有一次是对的么？打电话给客服，4分半钟一直在自动回复，根本没人接，服务态度极差！再也不会买维珍的车票了！

付款时总不成功，不知道原因，总让换卡。可是换了好多卡都不行。怀疑是钓鱼网站。

非常好用，花25磅办了年卡后，两趟就回本了。电子卡比实体票好用多了
