Only spent 2 minutes on this app and lost £10. Called customer service and they didn't want to help. Don't use this app!! I bought I ticket via this app and in my attempt to figure out how to get the mobile version, I accidentally clicked "refund", I don't think there was a confirmation page or if it was it was super unclear. It changed me £10 admin fee, I actually needed this ticket. Buy tickets directly, these guys won't help you if the app plays up :(
Great app. The eticket feature was very useful. Provided us easy to follow updates on our trips. The app also just looks great too. Will definitely use once we return to the UK.
I purchased a ticket from burscough to Manchester for £14.90. Unfortunetly all trains to Manchester had been cancelled for the day. This is clearly not my fault yet I was only aloud a partial refund of £4.90 because of some £10 admin fee. What aload of bollocks!! Never using again !!!!
First time I used this app, excellent. easy to use and very easy to select journey times. Love the fact I can collect the ticket from any designated machines around London. I also realised that I incorrectly input my email address by one letter when I didn't receive my confirmation email. I called them up, and they amended my error and within 10 seconds received my confirmation email.
Fails to allow for London travel cards when calculating fares. This can make a huge difference for trips in the south east. E.g Victoria to Gatwick £16+ full fare, £6 from boundary zone 6 (East Croydon). When an arrival time is selected, results should be scrolled to show the latest time rather than showing the earliest. Otherwise app is good and generally easy to use.
Buying tickets doesn't work (for me) - there's only a pop-up notification "Oops, that didn't work, please try again." When I select "My tickets", I get the same error message. I deleted/added my debit card, re-installed the app, but nothing worked. My phone: Samsung S7 Hope that helps for bug fixing. Everything else seems to work just fine. Please, fix this payment issue.
We’re about to get ‘meta’ as the What’s New is what’s new. Yes, it’s new, it has emoji, we even drew a train (that moves!). We hope that makes you happy.
Back to the future
The app will now remember your last used tab, even after you’ve closed the app, this makes it easy for you to go back to where you started. Flux capacitor not required.
