The only all I can find that shows the estimated locations of busses. This is important since sometimes multiple busses are backed up in a row, and if they're not moving, you know that you're probably better of walking or taking a cab, even if the estimated time to arrival is a few minutes. There have been several times when Vancouver TransLink tells me that a bus is 10 minutes away for a full 39 minutes. F that. Just show me the busses and I'll decide whether that's true or not.
An essential tool for the modern urban transit rider. Almost perfect. Would be nice if - in addition to having favorite bus lines, etc., one could create favorite places. Places other than where you are at that given moment. Would allow better connection planning. Do that and you've got 5 stars.
I've tried a ½ dozen bus tracker apps for Chicago. I even liked one so much I donated to the developer. But transit app is by far the best. I only downloaded it for Divvy the Chicago bike share, but now use it for all my transportation needs.
I tried them, at the end this is the best one out there, very nice layout, well done
Every updates caused more trouble than fixes.
