When I 1st downloaded this app it worked pretty well without many bugs or glitches to speak of at all; and THAT was during the new trial runs and I was told there would be several bugs to work through. I'm having more difficulty with the app NOW, several months later, than I did THEN! The GPS Signal is CONSTANTLY very weak on the bus which makes it extremely difficult to determine how much time you have before it arrives. Also, the Go function doesn't work properly anymore.

Frustratingly inconsistent at times. I use it purely to buy two tickets nearly every day. From x station to y station--and vice versa. However, it doesn't always give me the option to. I've been using the same device, on the same network, for the same stops, and the app still struggles with allowing me to buy tickets. I have emailed them before, and got a temporary fix that did not last. The issues persist.

Confusing at first. Works a little better after getting used to it. The menus are not easy to navigate. Say I need to jump to the directions from my ticket screen then back. It's tough. I got stuck riding the bus for 10 minutes before I could pull up my ticket to show the driver. Be sure you buy the right ticket the first time around. You have to activate and wait for it to expire before you can buy another. Love the stop previews on the bus and the prompts when to get off. I'm having fun riding

What's new
In this update we’ve redesigned our end of ride prompt, which…
1. asks you to rate your trip on a five-star scale, and 2. shows you how many riders you’ve helped, at the end of every GO trip, and 3. tells you how long you were GOing (in time + km)
You’ll see that we’ve slapped a new coat of paint on that bad boy, and added some gratuitous gyroscope physics — test it out. Spin your phone in the air like a pepperoni pizza. What could go wrong.
