Such a pleasure. I hate lines and waiting 40ish minites at the car wash. With WASHE I clicked a button and continied on with my work day. WASHE showed up within minutes and as scheduled. My dogs and I gave WASHE a run for their money. My car was in desperate need of a bath and WASHE provided it a day at the spa...every nook and cranny was tended to. Im thrilled with the service. If there was a five PLUS rating option ... I'd choose that. I say to anyone .... treat yourself (and your car) to a WASHE.

Great idea. Got the wash guy in less than 30 min. The app works, wash quality is a bit different

App is great, service is terrible. Tried them out twice ($45 wash, $120 wash) both left me with car that was still dirty, specifically the $120 guy didn't remove the stains from my upholstery. They said it's "not part of the package ". Refused to refund me even part of my cost. Found scratches on the plastic interior of my driver door which were obviously fresh. Try to avoid these guys and if you use them inspect their work like a hawk.

After several hours wait guy just cancelled. No communication or update option. There should be some kind of penalties when the washers cancel. Also washers should have ratings

App runs in the background using battery even when I haven't opened it in over a week.

I tried to use the app twice but they could never find anyone to wash my car. I requested a Platinum wash twice. Uninstalled the app. Useless to me.

Useless. Requested a wash several times but never received a response.

When I first downloaded i kept getting a connection error and could not create an account. I waited a few weeks and decided to give it another shot today and it worked great. Love the concept, easy to tip and pay. Great app.

Great idea, but wrong prices The idea of this app is great, but I believe the package options and prices are off. Too cheap for anyone doing it to make a profit. The $20 wash is the only package I 100% agree with. I own and operate my own mobile auto detailing business "trained and certified" and while this isn't the niche of my business. I really like the option for a good safe wash for some of my customers so they don't have to use many of the bad ones out there that cause damage, scratching, and pollution transfer

Great while it lasted They added some nice new packages but took away the most important -- the silver wash. I started getting it every two weeks because it's just the regular wash my car needs for a nice $20 (plus tip) and my regular washer is fantastic. But minimum $30 is too much considering I don't need an interior cleaning every two weeks.

Great...UNTIL NOW I have been using washe in wpb for 6 months. It's been great, until now. 2 days ago I booked a wash of 2 cars for today at 4 pm. The washer did not show and then at 520 pm, over an hour later, he canceled via the app. My issue is i can't put a bad review for the washer because he didn't show. BIG limitation on the app that you can't rate no-shows!

Great app! Detailers did a great job on my car! Even though not listed through the app, they even offered headlight restoration. Will definitely use again!

Really bad service

Don't waste your time! No people ever available. Ask for gold clean and no detailer respond. Update have requested several washes no replies. Deleteing........

Beta tested Tampa Bay service - A+ This app and service show great potential. Adam did great job coordinating/activating my location for service and Antonio did a great job on my cars... started with 2x diamond service and added gold service for 2 additional family cars. Easy to use, and very easy payment processing. A+

not a good job... unfortunately had a bad experience was a rushed job the car was left with dirty spots.

Won't install Android 6.0.1 won't allow the overlay to be turned off. Please fix.

Woooo I was referred to this service by a coworker. They come right to you & I was at work, it worked out beautifully. Discounted for first time clients & Israel did an amazing job! First time using the app - sorta confused how to add tip. I wish I could have given him more of a tip - well deserved :)

App needs a little work Setting things up for my profile was kind of annoying. When I tried to add an existing photo of my car, it was very zoomed in where all you could see was my bumper.

Outstanding Great service. Very nice and hard working detailers. App isn't quite perfect but it works well. Press to get your car washed, a detailer shows up and washes the car. Can also schedule. Great idea. Decent execution. Nice folks, give it a try.

Great car wash app Best way to have your car cleaned

First of all the idea of an app is good, but prices are to low to even make a profit. People don't understand a mobile car wash cost more than a stationary car wash. With a stationary car wash, people have to go to the car wash and sit their for maybe 45 to an hour in the sun. Which cost between $15 and $30 depending on the area and size of vechile. So the idea of a mobile car wash coming to you has to be more. It's the convenience of the customer not going to the car wash. The cost of living in South Florida is high. So why do people think that a MOBILE car wash, that should be more than a stationary car wash, be so cheap. Driving cost money; gas, tolls, employees, products, even food. So no there's no profit margin in that!

My washer made me move my car 5 isles over to where he was parked when there were plenty of spaces close to my car. He didn't speak English so I couldn't communicate, thankfully a coworker translated for me. My windows were left with a foggy residue and looked more dirty than when I handed my car over. The service took about an hour when it's supposed to be less. This company has yet to reply to my message I sent through the app as well as an email I sent a few days later. They have no customer service number or any customer service at all. I think it's over priced and I don't think I'll be using them again. It's convenient but not when you have to move your car for someone you are paying to wash your car right where it was. Washe, get it together!!!!
