About this app

The simplest way to track workouts in the gym - You can do it all with one finger.

The ThinkEatLift app is built with functionality in mind. Each exercise illustration is clickable so you can adjust the weight in an instant.

It comes with built-in routines for novices & intermediates. The app will show you what exercises to perform, how much to rest between sets, how much weight you did last time, and more. This eliminates confusion and gives you the confidence you're training effectively.

You can build your own custom routines. Adjust the sets, reps, rest time, and then easily track your progress.

love the idea but please fix the bugs. I am a total beginner. I was glad to find Radu's videos. They helped a lot to alleviate some intimidation and formulate a routine. I've been using the app but most of the time my workout isn't saved or the weights I used shows up as a long string of nonsense numbers. These should be easy fixes. I hope that happens soon.

I like how your previous sets are shown when you log a workout which is a major plus point. The worst things about this app are the graphs which sometimes show your lightest weight lifted on a certain day and sometimes it's the highest. Also, my progress gets lost from time to time. It will say that I've lifted 0 kg on 1 set and then the right amount on the second set and then 0 again on the third set.

I was excited about the simplistic layout, but when I installed the app got a message saying the app was designed for older Android, and may not work, seems that it first šŸ¤” Disappointed, also I don't see integration into any other apps to share the data like Samsung health, to transfer workout data
