Ratings and reviews

The app rarely works. It is a common pattern for any Saudi app to be very badly designed and maintained. They just don't care about UX and customer service. This app joins the group of failures. It never loads, and if it does it is usually for a few minutes. Controls are disastrous and worst of all, the app developers never listen to complaints.

⭐ 1 Star My experience with the Thmanyah app has been extremely disappointing. I signed up for what was advertised as a 7-day free trial, expecting that I would be notified before any payment was taken. However, I was suddenly charged for a full one-year subscription without receiving any email confirmation, receipt, or warning that the trial period was ending. This lack of transparency is very concerning. Users should always receive clear communication before being charged,

This app is the best app I have ever used to watch live football. it is smooth, no lags specially the Saudi pro league which is where Cristiano plays at. I am waiting for the remaining 8 matches hoping al nassr to win all of them, so that Ronaldo can lift the ACL and the RSL.
