I like the news agency and reporting. However, app notifications do not work despite checking several settings and disabling battery optimization. Links from other places always take me to the website on browser, (Chrome) and not the app... instead of opening links in the app like everyone else does.

Useless, this app is horrible. It says I don't have any articles saved but when I go to the website it has all my articles. It doesn't help that the phone browser will actively push you to use their useless app. Each time I try to open the website I am instead redirect to this app that again does not have any of my articles. Why even bother having an app if it is poorly made and frustrates users. Part of being a news service is disseminating news in a user friendly way and not annoying readers.

Has been my go-to for balanced, concise reporting and breaking push notifications for years. Like many others, unfortunately, it appears recent updates have broken the app and it no longer works on Android. Sorry, Reuters.
