7/7/24 It's great to have the Reuters app for news. The app is more attractive after its latest update, but it has a lot of scrolling instability on my pixel 4a. Like a misbehaving web page, all you want to do is shut it down, which defeats the purpose of having the app. DEVs, please resolve this! A hopeful comment is that so far, the updated app hasn't opened any incorrect articles as the old interface did occaisionally.

Newest update does not send any push notification for major events even when all notifications are turned on for the app and via phone settings. No push notification for major events from a news app is insane. Edit (7/18): Notifications are working now like they used to in the old version of the app, adjusting my rating to reflect the fix.

I find this new app , quite bluntly sucks. Many of the news articles that are listed in the notifications don't show up and if I'm lucky, will be in a list of current news stories and not directly load. Most of the time it's not even there. I often have to search for the story I expect to come up in the first place. At least the previous app loaded the story that I clicked on from the notification. There is no indication why things sometimes just pop up with the word topic. Again, it sucks.
