Love Reuters content but... Terrible UI and layout with the new update. It's like a 15 yr old influencer designed it. Get rid of the GIANT headlines, keep a tidy font that somebody standing 20 feet away can't read. ADs have pretty much taken over all screen space, and constant screen spam for podcasts and videos I never asked for (and can't turn off). Really a case of ruining what worked just fine before. Now it just looks like a London tabloid.

Reuters as a news agency is fine, one of the best even. However this app is horrible: full of ads, trackers, and to top it off, it auto starts at boot and keeps a background service all the time. Not to mention the poor memory management, it can easily balloon to over a gig of ram usage in a reading session. Just all around technically terrible.

May 23, 2019. The latest update has dropped from 5 stars to 1 star. Night Mode with dark background doesn't work. Past news summaries were much shorter and concise. Now they take up more space and longer to scroll through them. NOW ... TOO MANY ADS. (Previously) ...My favourite news app for what's happening world-wide. Articles and pictures load quckly. Articles themselves are well written and displayed. Ads are not too invasive nor animated and distracting. Well done!
