the cards are good but the app is a bit difficult to use. I couldn't zoom in to read the text on the front of the cards properly which would have made things much easier. I also couldn't get certain products delivered to my friends postcode but the app wouldn't let me edit the item to remove the product so I had to delete it and start from scratch. it took 3 goes of typing the same message to actually get something that could be sent.

The UI is great, and there's a good selection of cards, but the app can be quite frustrating. When I'm adding multiple addresses and different dates to my basket, if I leave the app to check an address or birthday date, everything gets lost when I return. It's really annoying and makes the process much harder than it should be. Because of this, I won't be purchasing my cards from Thortful.

Edit 28/01/25: Rating upgraded from 1 to 5 stars. The issue with the message screen is fixed! Excellent service from an excellent company! I will come back when I need to order more cards. EDIT 27/01 - the team have reached out already for more info. Hopefully this will be quickly resolved 😁 The latest update for the mobile app has made putting a message on a card impossible. The tick to save the message is so far up the screen I cannot click on it.
