Ratings and reviews

Dismal! Just installed and can't even check availability dates. Trying to do so returns an error after hitting OK, with the default date changed from today to December of 1976. I have tried many times - using the calendar view and manual (edit) but no different. And... that's as far as I went with what I thought was going to be a useful app. Why release an app and not test such a basic function, let alone all functions? Come on developer(s) - get it together! [Samsung Z Flip4, Android 13]

>APP LAST UPDATED 5/2022! NO UPDATES IN 2 YRS = DEAD APP. GOOGLE SHOULD REMOVE.< I can't log in using the app. It gives me an error saying my username or password was not recognized. I tried resetting the password. I confirmed my username. I tried to uninstall/reinstall the app. No matter what I do it won't let me log in. I'm forced to use the browser for my Thousand Trails account, which doesn't have the same functionality as CampUSA. I even tried setting up the account through RVontheGo.

This app is the worst trying to make an encore reservation, in a park we have stayed at numerous times (reserved using the on line web site) with no trouble. This phone app. Let's you get as far as "select a camp site"! Then nothing, will not do anything. Exit and enter again, every time it asks if your a thousand trails member and you select, it asks for member ID, after entering back to the same select site prompt then nothing! Now I remember why I dumped this app when I first joined!
