I love the convenience. Thrift shopping can be super overwhelming, and this makes it easy. My only complaint is that the measurements don't seem consistent, and I had to go to the full website to see how they do the measurements. Given that you really have to rely on the stated measurements to make the experience work, I would love to see them add to the list of given measurements (for example, waist size on skirts) and improve the accuracy and consistency.
Love ThredUp in general, but the app makes shopping easy. Push notifications for coupons (not posted/emailed) and love the sorting options for size, color, brand, style. The new favorite feature is also amazing. They even alert you if something you favorite-d is back in stock again.
As of this year I have had a small problem. I buy in app and should get free shipping. I don't, so I wish it would stop telling me I should. Other than that it's perfect. The shipping is $6 bucks, amazing deal. I only seem to buy second hand. This is the best place to buy quality second hand or new with tags clothing. Thank you ThredUp!
This is literally the best app to buy clothes. I may never have to buy from regular department stores again! They have every single brand imaginable and you can narrow your search down to get a really specific selection. Also it's a great time-killer. While eating breakfast or sitting outside of class it's just fun to browse through all the clothes (even though I usually end up buying them later!)
App is awesome and easy to use. Customer service is responsive, but it took 2 weeks longer than expected to process my return. There was no communication about the delay until I asked. And then when there was further delay I had to all again. But if this review is just for the App, I live the functionality!
Good prices on merchandise you are buying. However, I sent in clothes that were as good as new, most of them were returned to me with explanation, out of season. The ones they kept, I got very little money compared to the price they sold them for. You are better off having a yard sale or out to,g on ebay, unless you just want to give clothes away, I just donated mine to an orphanage.
Swat! Swat! Go away, you pesky bugs!
