Ratings and reviews

Initially impressed at the selection and prices, that all went out the window when I got my order. One pair of pants had been labeled my size on the app, but when I got them, they weren't even close to my size! Despite this being their mistake, I still had to pay the restocking fee and the options to return are atrocious. I opted for the site credit figuring I could find something else, but now can't even get close to just spending the credit amount.

The first couple times I ordered from ThredUp were great! The last time I ordered, though, items came with obvious signs of wear and tear that were not pictured and were not mentioned in the description. The app also keeps getting worse. When searching with the shop similar option 'apply my sizes' no longer does anything and items are constantly wrongly categorized

Total scam!! I read thru all info before picking out clothes to send. Everything I sent was in good condition no stains, no hole, some was new!!! They only listed 8 items of 41. One of the eight items listed was a matching set that only 1 of the 2 pieces was listed. Why was half the matching set kept out. Then I get email saying one of my items had sold only for it to be an item not listed!! Donate before using this app!
