Terribile service. The app stops working whenever I try buy a data pack, I even tried from another phone to no success. The website also does not work when trying to purchase a data pack and I have tried reinstalling the app many times. I would not recommend to anybody. Please don't waste your time with a useless automated response. It's been 4 ridiculous days trying to purchase a data pack.

For a company as big as Three, this is the most basic of apps, with no real innovation. Surely on a PAYG package, you should be able to see how much data you've used and how much data you have left. A really basic experience that reminds me of something from the turn of the century. Tbh, this is unacceptable.

I am the New User of UK 3 Roaming Cards. The app is not opening. Downloaded the app and when I am trying to open the app it again and again says "Something went wrong. Please check your internet connection." Though I am using 4g internet of another network provider yet it says check internet. Uninstalled and installed back the app still the same. Kindly assist.
