• Share interesting events, stories, news, images with your apartment society neighbors. Have conversations with neighbors through the in-app chat feature without sharing numbers. A bonded community only makes apartment management that much easier.

Ratings and reviews

I don't know the glitch, but this app is not working properly. Security guards are not able to send me notification,I am not able to connect with security desk. Not sure why it's not as simple as other competitive apps. Highly disappointed ☹️☹️☹️

An important feature expected in such an app is measuring service provider's performance against SLAs. Recently, the behaviour of the HelpDesk feature was changed such that when a closed ticket is reopened by the user (which can happen because the issue is not resolved to their satisfaction), the number of days for which the ticket has remained open resets to 0. This evidently gives the service provider a very convenient way to escape breaching SLAs - just close a ticket.

upi not working and their team unable to fix. reporting bug means they will give you lot of homework to do. they not having option to send multiple screen shot to shows all steps.
