The 3Rivers Mobile Banking App is an easy-to-use banking solution that puts the credit union and our services in the palm of your hand 24/7—allowing you to manage your money anytime, anywhere.

The ability to use the same username and password tied to your 3Rivers Online Account Access allows for a streamlined banking experience, no matter when or where you choose to log-in!

With our mobile banking app, you can:
• Deposit check(s)*.
• See account balances in real-time.
• Transfer money and make payments on loans and credit cards.
• Pay your bills using Bill Pay.
• Make quick and easy person-to-person payments.
• Utilize budgeting tools to keep better track of your spending.
• Set card control options, like spending limits and turning cards on and off, to protect against fraud.
• Search for nearby branches and ATMs.

The app works very well in most aspects. The one thing I would change, and I deem this very important, is beeing able to split the money going into savings goals by percentage. The only way I can currently achieve this, is by manipulating the amount of money as my goal to achieve the desired percentage split. It would be nice if I could personally input the percentages I want going to each savings goal myself. Other than this, the app works as desired.

There's some problems with the app that don't work as well, like: logging out, even though it should let me go through with my biometrics like fingerprint ID/face ID. Even though it says it saved my info, I have to re-enter it again after so many days later, which gets annoying. Also There's another issue with re-entering external accounts every so often instead of just saving the info with any errors/logging out. Also please add the option to see the date when the paycheck comes in.

I like the update before this one. This update doesn't show my credit card purchases or payments. It takes several days or weeks for it to update usage or payments. Plus it takes you to a different web page just to show you 3 pending purchases or payments and that's if your lucky. I also hate they went from a 4 digest pin to log in to having to put in your entire password to log in. Not as user friendly as it use to be. Just as you get use to an update then they change it to something worse.
