- Precautions -

2. If the increase is buggy. You can set the weight with the previous 1rm on the 4th or the 1th.

- Initial setting method -
1. Run the application.
2. Press Settings (three dots) in the top left corner.
3. Set your training weight information.
- Enter 1RM. Take care of setting TM. Calculate routines.
- If you do not know 1RM, you can use 1RM calculator at the top of the weight setting page.
4. Set your current parking and exercise settings.
- Tips -
1. Check the set after training to distinguish it.
- At the time of break after set end. If you click the alarm at the bottom of the list,
Push alarm is displayed. Please rest and play comfortably.
2. When you finish the training on that day, change the training routine to the next day with the End Training button.
3. Squat automatically when the 3rd and 7th cars are over, and 5kg for TM drift,
OHP, Bench Press is displayed in 2.5 kg increments.
If you want to increase, you do not have to touch your hands. Continue training.
