No special promotions I got this app because of their new menu change. They also said that there would be special offers. But sorry to say no special offers. No discounts for frequent visitors. They need something like the Perka app along with. :-(
What offers So I got Conned into downloading this app by the premise that there would be special promotions. As far as I can see there are no offers at all. Special or otherwise. This isn't the first time I've tried it. I deleted it a while back for the very same reason. I think it could have potential. Maybe one day.
No offers This app offers special offers, yet when I register there are no offers. Very dissapointed. Also no food pics on their menus or prices. Removing immediately.
Doesn't do much and it's annoyingly iPhonish I didn't download the app expecting instant specials. Although from a marketing standpoint I am in disbelief that there is nothing offered in return for the opportunity to data mine a customer. It doesn't do much. You see a text based menu, no pictures. It's a High School app project level of sexy. Maybe you can find a nearby restaurant but there's like a million other ways you can do this. Some say this doesn't work for them. I particularly dislike that hitting the Android back key takes me completely out of the app. It is extremely annoying. I have to pretend I have an iPhone and *remember* to look for the back menu button. I forget a lot. I chose the Android because I liked the Android UI better than the iPhone. RT took the quick and cheap way out by emulating IOS. No pride. So what does it do that not having the app won't let you do (other than get annoyed)? Absolutely nothing. You're better off at their website. Why do they have an app? To collect your name, birth date and email address. Nothing more. One star because it's annoying, makes only some marketing person happy and is of no value to their customers and I don't think they could care less.
Mediocre App... The app description says 'Get maps and directions to your closest Ruby Tuesday®'. The reality is, it doesn't. I can get addresses, but there doesn't appear to be any way to get directions. I cannot recommend until the app is improved.
Wow. It's that bad. Screenshots of the iPhone app overplayed with poorly aligned touch zones. So not just bad, but lazy.
