I bought tickets to watch the game on January 18. I paid 3000 taka for three tickets. Then they cancelled it and it's been over a week and they haven't refunded the money. It's been like this for a while now. They don't answer calls. received call 15 days ago. They said they would do all kinds of returns, but there is no news from them till now.

At first it failed to load the payment gateway now failing to load purchased tickets. Had to buy tickets through website. Edit: kudos to the developers, this is the fastest fix I have seen to the problem. Purchased tickets are loading on the app too.

When I tried to buy a ticket from the app, the money was deducted and the ticket was not given, and even after reporting it, I did not receive any response, nor did I receive any phone calls.
