2 hours of my life I will not get back. Very frustrating booking experience. Web site repeatedly crashed and so we have to start again. Stated that sessions available when they were not. Insisted I reset a password that has been reset. Finally got the tickets and they have PM not AM printed as the time. Overally a horrendous experience.

I have tried multiple attempts at purchasing Australian open tickets to be blocked by secure tickets required error when not displayed as a selecatble input and a time out switch error on Web to an English and German error message with their logo. Be interested to know how this does not breach consumer laws when it is adding additional purchases I do not require nor want. Honestly if ticketik was selling would have just gone to them.

App is so slow and basically doesnt work. I've tried to transfer my tickets now at least 5 times and each time it comes up with the website being too busy. Ended up just printing the tickets the old fashioned way.
