Ratings and reviews

Forcing people to use the app (or mobile website) to view or use their tickets (that people paid for, can you imagine, just send me my tickets per email). If the app was properly working, it would be worth it. But no, can't say Ticketmaster without rhyming it with disaster. The apps shows me my tickets alright, thank goodness. But any other information regarding a concert (doors open, pre-show, etc.) I still have to use google. So definitely do not recommend.
