Ratings and reviews

Bordering on non-functional. OTPs are unreliable, I have not been able to sign in for weeks. Links take you to incorrect pages, the search functionality doesn't work well. I've had to print out screenshots of tickets that I took on my laptop browser because I cannot sign in on my phone reliably. "There has been an unexpected error" should be altered to read "There has been an expected error, please uninstall this garbage app". It really, genuinely, is the worst app I have ever used.
